Major Deliverables:-

• Should have knowledge of Business required Documents and Functional specification document preparation.
• Should have experience in testing the various loan related modules.
• Coordination with various department / Users like Product teams, Operations, IT, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement.
• Detailed Testing for Projects / Issues as per the system requirement.
• Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.
• Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
• Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and follow up with concern team for resolution.
• Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access etc. with vlook up, H look up, pivot table, analysis.
• Should be an effective Team Player
• Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail.

Educational Qualification: BSC IT / MCA/ M Com

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in UAT testing
• Specialized job competencies: -
• Knowledge of operational process for loan management for NBFC
• Other desired attributes:
• Good Communication skill
• Issue resolution approach with Deep dive with analytical skill.
• Solution oriented with positive approach.
• Good in people management skill and stress management.
