Handle and monitor various types of calling viz: Awareness, Over-due, Promotional, Special Event, Insurance Renewal, Retention and exit calling. Generating leads through the above callings
Manage & Monitor CRM for final closures
Inbound query resolution of Customers – Calls & Emails.
Co-ordinate for closure of all inbound/Out bound calls & emails with the inter-departmental officers
Co-ordination with internal departments for timely and correct resolution to the customer
Handle a team of executives and their productivity as per the desired goals of the organization Preparation of MIS.
