Key Job Responsibilities

• §  Assist in advising key stake holders (Mfg, Business) on all legal aspects

  §  Assist in ensuring filing and defending of law suits, draft and vet agreements / bonds / affidavits / undertakings etc.

  §  Assist lawyers with data as and when required (Tribunal Court, District Court, High Court and Supreme Court) to defend the company#s stand.

  §  Provide in assistance of all Out of court settlements

  §  Keep track of all relevant cases and judgments

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
