ICICI Bank, one of India's leading private sector banks, is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Information Technology Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. As an Information Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the bank's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

Digitize banking processes to create a frictionless and automated business and process workflow
Continuously explore, evaluate and induct new technology platforms across SaaS, PaaS, and custom workflows.
Work along with business and functional teams and develop a deep understanding of various operational processes in the relevant areas of implementation.
Work along with cross-functional teams and create a technology stack that is scalable, resilient, and well-governed
Ensure that the systems adhere to the Information Security guidelines
Provision for IT Infrastructure and hardware for platform requirements, as required.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the bank's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions and enhancements.
Conduct system audits and implement security measures to protect the bank's data and information.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Assist in the development and execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving their IT-related queries and issues.
Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT analysis, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, databases, and IT security.
Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
