About the Role: Assistant Manager, Bangalore

1. Handling a team of 7- 8 members

2. End to end driving of after sales service for Repair / Service calls 

3. Ensurig the all the Key Metrics are achieved and driving them through the regional coordinators

4. Daily , weekly and montly RCA for breach cases and corrective actioons

5. Stakeholder Management - interaction with different stake holders, conducting meetings and resolving the issue or any new updates

6. Driving the Pilots on the field and thereafter execution throughout the entire network

7. Conduction daily , weekly and montly calls with Filed team

8. Preparing the Performance Dashboard and RCA updates

9. Weekly and Monthy dashboard

10. Feeback to the team and gromming them for better Output

11. Should have a clear understanding of Open calls, Ageing calls, Repeat Repair, Customer escalations 

About the Team : Assistant Manager

1. Team of 7- 8 Members working from Banaglore

2. Each team member taking care of one zone and driving all the Parameters from Open calls, resolving the High ageing escalation in coordnation with different teams

3. Problem solving and having all the new Updates

Location: Bangalore,Karnataka

Education/Qualification: Graduation + Diploma / MBA

Desirable Skills: Team Management, Good at Excel and to have analytic skills, Good Communication, Need to have problem solving skills, should be adaptable, strong stake holder management

Years Of Exp: 6 to 10 Years
