Job Description:

Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.
Recommends and oversees process improvements.
Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.

Qualifications:

8-16 years experience in a related technology PM/BA role and subject matter expert in overall field
PMP certification is preferable
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Provide expertise in area of advanced knowledge of Project Management and ensure ontime delivery with required quality standards.
Should have excellent communication and collaborative skills and liaise with multiple stakeholders to deliver the project objectives.
In-depth understanding of RPA processes (IS triage, PAC approval, ISRP, BOT procurement etc) and should be able to track the project from inception to BAU execution.
Should be able to take complete ownership of the full SDLC lifecycle and drive daily scrum calls.
Must have good hands on Business Analyst skills and deliver project FRD's by working with partner teams.
