1. Position: JGM (E5)/DGM(E4)/Manager (E3)

2. No of Posts: 01 Post in Services Dept. of IRCTC

3. Duration: Three till IRCTC Is exempted from the rule of years or immediate absorption, whichever is earlier.

4. Location: IRCTC Corporate Office (transferable as per business requirement)

5. Term of appointment: Deputation

6. Scale of Pay:

Rs. 15600-39100 GP 6600 (6th CPC)/Level 11 (7th CPC), CDA Pattern. (Eligible for E5 level) - OR Rs. 15600-39100 GP 5400 (6CPC)/Level-10 (7thCPC), CDA pattern. (Eligible for E4 level)-OR- Rs. 9300-34800 GP 4800 (6th CPC) /Level- 8 (7th CPC), Group B, Gazetted, CDA Pattern. CEligible for E-3 level).

7. Job description:

The officer is required for specialised contracting work of various categories, to take care of contracting processes such as drafting tender documents, tender opening, drafting TC minutes, placement of contracts, awarding through GeM and work experience to handle arbitrations, court matters, other statistics on regular reports of miscellaneous & general nature. Well conversant of complete e-office working.

8. Qualification/ Experience: Oficer should have sound knowledge of tendering & contracting method & updated policy on public procurement. Adequate experience in tender preparation, opening as per requirement will be taken into consideration.
